My journey into driving instruction has been anything but ordinary. Since the first day as an Approved Driving Instructor, I have chosen a career where I could make a real difference by helping people gain confidence and independence on the road.
Gillz Driving School was established in 2021 after I fully qualified as a driving instructor. What started as a manual driving school has now grown to offer both manual and automatic driving lessons, giving learners more flexibility and choice to suit their needs and comfort levels.
At Gillz Driving School, every learner is different, so lessons are tailored to each individual. Every lesson I teach is built around you - your pace, your confidence, your safety; because great driving doesn’t stop at the test.

  • Absolutely. We have both male and female instructors available, and we’ll do our best to match your preference.

  • Yes, as long as you have a valid provisional license.

  • Yes of course, we welcome all level learners and help build confidence from their very first lesson.

  • At the start of the test you will sign off declarations, read a number plate and leave for your test which will last approximately 40 minutes.
